Start your Sunday with an energizing outdoor yoga session led by Yoga by Kristen, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the vineyard during harvest season. Afterward, unwind at The Harvest Sangria Bar, where you can create your own autumn-inspired sangria filled with the flavors of the season.

🍂 MORNING SCHEDULE

• 8:30AM – Check-In
  Arrive early, find your perfect spot, and settle in for a crisp October morning among the vines.

• 9:00–10:15AM – Yoga with Kristen
  Move, stretch, and breathe your way into the new season with an energizing flow designed to build warmth, boost your mood, and leave you feeling refreshed. Take in the changing colors, cool autumn air, and beautiful vineyard views as we embrace the season together.

• 10:15AM – The Harvest Sangria Bar Opens! 🍎🍷
  After your final stretch, it’s time to sip! Create your own custom fall-inspired sangria with seasonal fruits, flavors, and garnishes. Think crisp apples, juicy pears, cranberries, citrus, apple cider, cinnamon, and other harvest-inspired touches.

Mix it your way, then sip, relax, and enjoy a beautiful fall morning with friends — or make some new ones!

• Your own yoga mat

• A towel — the grass may be dewy

• A sweatshirt or light jacket for the crisp October morning
